As a browser-based application, vFire can be accessed from dedicated web-based front-end interfaces.

This means that our users do not need to install any special client software. All you need is the URL to access your vFire application. Simple!

vFire & vFire Officer Mobile

The vFire & vFire Officer apps allow users to take their vFire implementation with them wherever they go – accessing their critical support services anytime, anywhere, using their favourite Android, iOS or Windows Phone device.

The vFire Officer app is a comprehensive addition to the Service Desk’s arsenal, allowing true mobility and anytime access across a range of IT Service Desk Software disciplines when not at a desktop or laptop.

The vFire app is designed to be an easy way for end users to access their calls, approvals, orders and asset lists. They can add notes and view the history of the call, action approvals, and view orders and assets, and, from 9.9.1, log calls.

vFire & vFire Officer are available for download on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and vFire is available on Windows Phone Store. They're supported on the following iOS, Android and Windows Phone mobile operating systems:

With vFire Officer Mobile, you can:

  • view details of calls assigned or forwarded to you,
